This privacy policy is posted to demonstrate our commitment to protecting your personal information and to describe ways how we handle it. This privacy policy only applies to transactions and activities in which you engage, and data gathered, on the Uban2 website ("Uban2.). It does not apply to any other website or offline point of contact between Uban2, or any other company, and consumers. Personal Information. To join Uban2 you are required to submit minimum personal information, such as your name, email address, zip code and date of birth. UBan2 collects additional personal information, such as your mailing address, telephone number when you provide it to us during communications. If you choose to participate in revenue sharing program we will also request additional personal information, such as name, mailing address, telephone number, tax id and other financial information.

 

How your personal information will be used. We use your email address for Operational Communications, such as confirmation emails, event announcements or other important news that could affect your relationship with Uban2, as well as to send you newsletters, information, offers and other promotional materials for Uban2.

To operate Uban2, we may share your personal information with our agents, representatives, contractors and service providers so they can provide us with support services. We require these entities not to use your information for any other purpose then the service in question.

Special Cases in which we Share Personal Information. Your personal information may be passed on to a third party in the event of a transfer of ownership or assets, or a bankruptcy.
